Ownchat mandates upfront payment for utilizing its SaaS product services Ownchat (https://ownchat.app/) Whatsapp automation tool. It is important to acknowledge that all services rendered are non-cancellable.

Quarterly, yearly, and multi-year subscriptions will automatically renew on their scheduled renewal date, based on the purchase date, unless officially cancelled in writing. Customers can cancel their OwnChat subscription at any time by contacting our support team or accessing the cancellation option in their account settings. The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. To initiate a cancellation, customers can send a notice via email to support@ownchat.app.

We will assess the respective account in connection with the pending subscription fee once we receive such a request for cancellation.

We will terminate the account on the platform only when such a review is completed. However, You should be aware that we reserve the right to preserve your registration data in an anonymous form, as well as any other information submitted "as-is" as part of legislative requirements.
