It is important to acknowledge that all services rendered are non-Refundable.

OwnChat does not offer refunds for monthly subscription payments. Once a payment is processed for a quarterly subscription, it is non-refundable.

Customers who cancel an annual subscription within the first 30 days may be eligible for a prorated refund for any unused months. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You acknowledge that the subscription plan You select may be amended from time to time and that it is Our responsibility to notify You of such changes in the subscription plan. Payment terms are non-refundable, regardless of usage by You, and Subscription Fees paid are non-refundable except as expressly specified in these Terms of Use.

At Ownchat, we strive to provide a seamless and transparent payment experience for our valued customers. In the rare instance of a double charge, where your account is debited twice for a single transaction, we assure you that your concerns are our top priority.

We understand the importance of a prompt resolution. Upon verifying the double charge, our team commits to initiating the refund process swiftly. You can expect the credited amount to reflect in your bank account within 5-7 working days. Rest assured, we take every measure to rectify any unintended discrepancies.
